Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern access to the MunityOS platform provided by MunityOS. By creating or using a workspace you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
1. Service Description
MunityOS delivers software that allows communities to launch membership portals, manage benefits, publish directories, and coordinate events. We provide hosting, updates, and support for the platform.
2. Account Roles and Administrators
Workspaces are managed by administrators who invite members and configure content. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that shared data is accurate, lawful, and obtained with appropriate consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access or disrupt the service.
- Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.
- Comply with local regulations when communicating with members.
4. Member Data Ownership
Administrators retain ownership of workspace data. MunityOS processes that data as a service provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights required to host, back up, and deliver the workspace experience.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid features or subscription plans are invoiced according to the order form or workspace agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Administrators remain responsible for all taxes and charges.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access and will communicate planned maintenance. From time to time we may modify or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces functionality we will give reasonable notice.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you access the platform. Administrators may deactivate a workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect users. Data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided “as is” except where expressly stated in a written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, MunityOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal requirements. We will post the new version with an effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you represent an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms. Supplemental agreements may apply to specific modules or integrations and will prevail where they conflict.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
